Personalized items may require additional preparation time. If so, you will be informed via email about the exact timeframe.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that you contact us by email beforehand.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
In case of a return, replacement or refund may be provided, except for personalized or custom-made products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the item when returning it. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
